lately from time to time when im updating my apps through the android market (amazon so far hasnt said this) i will get a partial install and then a message saying not enough memory to install ....is this saying i dont have enough free ram to install because i have around 4gb on the phone and 13gb on the sd....
side note--- the install usually works after about 2 or 3 trys but just curious as to why this has started?
also has anyone here gotten the update to angry birds seasons? so far after every time i played it the phone has rebooted this is the only app i have had this happen with ( i did uninstall - reinstall still happens)
another note lol is it a motorola thing to get weather alerts ? i am in an area with wildfires right now and get about 10 alerts a day on my x and my xoom telling me about the weather and smoke i didnt recieve these prior?? i have the same weather widget i use on my evo4g and dont recieve these so i ruled that out but its kind of annoying after the first 2 or 4 or 10....

Hello Community,
I have actually seen this same error on my phone when trying to install/update Angry Birds.
The only thing that seems to work was to unmount the SD card & then install the necessary updates.
Go to Main Menu>SD Card & Phone Storage>Unmount SD Card
Once you install the updates, you can go back through the settings and mount the SD card again.
Let me know if that helps you.

Lately there has been a number of installation bugs when installing Angry Birds, usually most of the issues is due to it being installed to SD Card, by chance do you have it installed to card?

Angry Birds is on Chrome..... you go to the Chrome store, and download it to play on Chrome.
it basically is Angry Birds 1 on your desktop/laptop.

The differences in the weather app between the X and the Xoom, is something that only the developer can answer. They are two different apps (I am assuming).... its the only way I can see why you would get more information on the Xoom than on the X.
I already confirmed that my wife is having a problem with the same download, but I did not have the issue. I am thinking it is something to do with the Market more than the X (My opinion).
You are the first too say that they get a restart with the Angry Birds Game. I have been playing all three versions (going back to get 3 stars on everything I can) and never had that problem. Maybe once you get the update it might be OK.... not sure.

First time low memory error was reported, maybe a hardware issue with internal memory moduale? Have you notice this error at any other times?
Like said on several post that Angry Bird has been reported to have a number of update issues, why cant you take the market having issue as a solution?

Didn't poop on the party for me.......
But I was distracted when I posted the first time (I lost a good long post because of my fat fingers) and typed a quicker post which didn't address part of your original post (When nature calls )

Did you try Wildman's suggestion to check if the application in question is installed on the sd card? I have seen a similar error before and I was able to fix it by moving the application to the phone's internal memory. Then the update was completed correctly.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

After I downloaded Gingerbread on my X, I got that pop up several times about the OS being low on memory, then within a couple of days, it stopped saying that. I chalk it up to teething with the new version of the OS.

Hello Community,
I have actually seen this same error on my phone when trying to install/update Angry Birds.
The only thing that seems to work was to unmount the SD card & then install the necessary updates.

Once you install the updates, you can go back through the settings and mount the SD card again.
