Sometimes the phone cuts off after turning on after 5 or 10 seconds is there a fix for this????
Are you referring to the length of time the screen stays on? If so, that can be changed in your Settings.
We want to help keep that device powered on and running strong! Good question from tikibar1. Is the device completely shutting down or are you referring to the screen timeout? Do you power cycle the device manually each day?
