Last July (2011) I switched over to Verizon, fell in love with the Incredible 2...big mistake. Now I'm sitting here one year later waiting for my 4th replacement to the phone. All the issues have been the same, the charging port becoming loose and therefore the phone not charging. Well after that happening for the 3rd time (one my 2nd replacement) I bought a battery charger so I could just charge the battery if this happened again. Well once again my phone stopped charging and I decided to plug my battery into the charger. I waited until it was fully charged then put it back in my phone. Upon trying to turn my phone on it would not respond. I then tried to get into HBOOT to do a reset but that also failed to work. Also about a week ago I stopped having service in places I normally had near perfect 3G in (my room for example). I take care of my phone, don't drop it, no water or shock damage, etc. I guess it's time to send for replacement #4? Not due for an upgrade until February apparently which cannot get here soon enough. Anyone else with these problems and if you've been able to fix it?

Unfortunately we have had these horrible troubles here, too! We (my son and I) have an Incredible and an Incredible 2. Both have had oodles of problems! I am extremely disappointed!!! My husband has an iphone 4 and (knock on wood) hasn't had any problems since we gave it to him over a year ago. I guess my son and I are stuck with very poor phones. Sorry I don't have any words of encouragement on the oh-so-not-Incredibles.
