how do i creat a new album and move pic to it or between albums

You can use an app called Astro Manager to move files around, or use the usb cable and do it manually on a computer.

I prefer to use a USB cable and do it on a computer. Make sure you change "Charge only" to "Disk drive" when you hook up the cable and slide down the notification bar. Then, go to your "My computer" and choose your phone's storage or sd card (whereever you save your pix) and create a new folder there.
