about a month ago my phone started to give me an error message when trying to upload pictures to facebook. i would shut phone off and turn back on and it does nothing. Not sure how to fix this...not much for settings and such in phone. Anyone know how to fix this!

I also have a Facebook account and I can only imagine how inconvenient it is not to be able to upload pictures. Issues like these are commonly associated with the 3rd party application (Facebook app) being used. An easy way to confirm that something is not working well with your Facebook application is to open your internet browser and go to http://Facebook.com and upload a picture from there. If your picture uploads without the error I recommend deleting the Facebook application from your phone then power off/on and download the application again from the Google Play store. If issues continue, please contact the application developer.
