@jess89, my post on the below link should help you. FYI, the default camcorder/camera app of our phone will allow you to store the photos and videos either on phone storage or on the sd card. You can move them around as you please!

My post basically explains how you can move files from your internal storage to sd card and vice versa using either a PC or a File Manager App! Let me know if you need more information.

@jess89, OpenManager and "AndExplorer" are both good file managers. Both are ad free as well. If you dont mind ads, you can also look into AndroZip File Manager or Astro File Manager.
Now, if you are not comfortable (or are new) using an on-phone file manager to do this, you can always go the route to connecting the phone to your PC in Disk Mode and copying them around too. Both your internal storage and your SD Card will show up as drives on your computer when you connect the phone in Disk Mode. And on both you will find a "dcim" folder under which you will have your photos and videos!
Hope this helps!

Unlock the phone so you can see the home screen. Just connect the phone to your PC using the USB cable that came with it, you will see a Connect popup on your phone. Select Disk Mode. That's it! Wait until you see both drive letters on your PC. It's as if you plugged in a memory stick in your PC. You dont need any additional software.
