problem with music after most recent update?

Hey everyone ...

Before this most recent update, the way the HTC music player worked on my phone is when I was listening to music, I had the ringer on silent and when I received a phone call while the music was playing, the music would stop. Now, when I am listening to music and the ringer is down and I receive a phone call, the music still plays.

This is a pretty big issue for me because I always listen to music while my phone is in my pocket and when the music stopped, that indicated I was receiving a call, now, I am missing calls left and right.

Anyone else having this issue?

Spoke with VZW and HTC and this is a know issue ...

This is crap ....with each new software release the phone is getting WORSE!!!!!!

Having thoze and other problems with music too.  I listen to books on my phone and when I play the tracks, they will not play in order.  not even when I set up a play list.  it is getting very frustrating.

yeah ,,,the phone is just crap now! with each software release, the phone lags more and battery life gets worse (and this is with all syncs off, all widgets off, all animations off, no 3rd party apps other than Pandora) but hey ...as long as Skype, Amazon, City ID, FM Radio, Footprints, Google Search, My Verizon, News, Stocks, Voice Dialer, VCast Apps and VZ Navigator can still start up, never be permanently terminated and never uninstalled ...we will be okay ...because all of us use each one of those apps, right?  haha

Absolutely ridiculous that those apps are required. {edit for TOS violation}
