It's been..what...over 2 YEARS since the 1st reported case of an update causing connectivity issues. Yet, if you call VZW support...they STILL tell you they've "never heard of that problem before!! Enough is definitely enough! We're all adults, be HONEST, just tell us it's a bug you can't fix right away. Have us backup our contacts and apps...and suggest we don't customize the phone too much, because you'll probably have to wipe the memory with a factory reset to temporarily fix the problem. Yes, the truth does suck...but it does beat being purposely lied to!!
Yes it's a Droid....(X2)
Yes it has the GB update...
Yes it keeps disabling it's CDMA data network...
No...I'm not surprised!!

I agree but the denial process keeps legal actions to minimal, once acknowledge give legal firing power and you know that the words "I Sue" gets thrown around fast for every little thing... I really feel the issue appears to be related to the LTE project because devices wasnt reporting signal issue until LTE came on the scene..
