I keep getting a "Text Message Not Sent" notification on my phone for a message I've already resent in a conversation I've already deleted from over a month ago.
I cannot figure out a way to clear it so that it doesn't keep registering! Anybody have any suggestions, other than making a trip out of my way to the local Verizon Wireless store???
Thanks!

I've heard that in some cases people have been able to got rid of these by installing a 3rd party texting app like handscent and deleting the message.

I've got the same problem, but I don't want to do the factory reset. Is there any other way?

Sorry to those that are having this trouble with your text messaging. Unfortunately at this time, a factory reset is the only resolution for the problem. Please know that your apps and contacts will all be backed up by Google, so once you sign back into your account, they will reappear on your phone. Wallpapers etc. will be reset to the default.
Thanks,

I just had this very exact problem. I was on the phone with tech support for about 5 hrs until they finally gave up and admitted they had no idea how to fix this. They shipped me a 'like new' phone after all of my complaining, and I haven't had any problems as of yet. Basically your two options are to have them send you a new phone or factory reset your device and hope for the best. I did the reset and my phone just started acting worse.
