Have a problem receiving photos. Received them in the psat; however, now am unable to receive them. Can receive text but no photo.

Please ensure that your picture block feature has not been enabled as this blocks picture messaging on your phone. You can do this online if you login to your My Verizon account and click on the My Services tab, then click on the Manage Service Blocks and make sure the Block Picture and Video Messaging option is not checked. Please keep in mind that if you are part of a family share calling plan, only the registered account owner can make changes to this feature.
If you are sure that the Block Picture and Video Messaging option is not enabled, please contact us at 1-800-922-0204 from a different phone and have your wireless phone fully charged and available for troubleshooting and we will be happy to resolve your picture messaging concerns.
are you talking within myverizon on the phone or thru the web cuz i don't see "manage service blocks" thru the website, maybe called something else.
i see how to block numbers and email.
