Try jscreenfix it's free in the Market. I had a stuck pixel a few months ago and jscreenfix sorted it out after running for about 10 mins.
its no longer free it was 3.25 but i tried a free one called pixel fixer where it blinks bright colors to revive the pixel and it did nothing.

If the pixel is red chances are it's just stuck. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to get a pixel unstuck. I've had pixels take several 15-30 min sessions of the fixers.
