Please help! My touch screen doesn't work while I am using the phone... no voice mail, no lots of things. Verizon tells me to use a different phone to call in to fix this. I don't have a different phone. Have I inadvertently done something to cause this? This is my 3rd Motorola Droid since April. Any help appreciated!
