screen jitters and loss of main page

My wife and I just got new droids one month ago. Her screen freezes up, jitters, and won't let you change screens. I usually have to lock and then unlock it to have out work again. Then the home screen loses all of its settings and you have to reload them. Verizon store could makeit happen again so they are sending us a new phone. I think they are sending a refurbished phone... I want a new one! Is this happening to anyone else? We could use some help!

I had the same problem and was sent a refurb as well.. Store said they would have exchanged for a new one, but they didn't have any.  Most stores are out of them and not getting anymore in.  As for the refurb its like anything else, once its out the door, its used and replaced as such if theres an issue.  I was upset by a refurb too, but its fine.  It looks and acts as new, couldn't find the slightest scratch on it.

Sounds like a scam of some sort... you just get a new one and they send you a used one.. I don't know what I will do, just wait and see.
