What does that mean, "quit" ... "stuck" on some logo? no buttons work?
Have you tried the battery pull? If it's reproduceable, maybe a bad APP is "sticking" it?? Just a thought.

My screen sticks. When it locks I try to open and the lock sticks and my keyboard does too.
I'm interested to know more about the bad APS. Will you give me a suggestion how to find the bad app?

Tell us more about this "lock" The Android Lock doesn't have a keyboard, it's simply a swipe lock. If you have a locking app on your phone try removing it and see if the standard Android lock works fine.

Thank you for the replies. Bad apps are applications that may be causing the phone to freeze or not work properly. In order to verify if you have a bad app, you will need to remove any application that were not pre-installed on the phone to verify if they are causing an issue.
If you have many apps, you can try removing a few at a time. Make sure you write down which apps you remove. After each set of apps have been removed, use the phone for a few days to test it. You also want to make sure you turn the phone off at least once a day for about 10 seconds.
Thank you,

Thank you all for the information provided. If your screen freezes, power off the device and remove the battery. Leave the battery out for about a minute. Place the battery back in the device and power back on. If the issue persists, send me a private message with your name and mobile number. We will contact you to assist you further with this issue.
Thank you,
