seeing more than 7 emails in inbox

I can only see the 7 most recent messages in my Inbox for an imap account. How can I view more? If I select the Conversation view, I can scroll down a very long list. Why in Inbox view, only 7 and no ability to scroll?

Goto Account in email app / Menu / More / Settings / Send and Receive / Download Option and select how many to download.

I only see option for size limit, not number of messages. And even increasing size limit does not change number of messages in Inbox. Plus, as mentioned earlier, in Conversation view, the number of messages seen is much larger.

Thanks for your inquiry. The phone should definitely be able to hold more than 7 emails. I just want to have you check a few settings. First, open your Mail, then go to Menu>More>Settings>Receive Settings>Download past mail. Make sure that is the maximum setting. It may be set to only get email for one day. Then go back to your email, to see if it starts automatically refreshing. If not, press Menu>Refresh.
