how do i unlock my sim card it is locked i am deployed and trying to use it over here with a roshan sim card any help? i have limited land line access

I'm sorry the device is not working with the local SIM card there. The SIM is locked on the devices by default but we may be able to unlock for you! I do see that you have limited landline access. However, you will need to contact our international global support team for further assistance when you get a change. They can be reached 24/7 at 908-559-4899.
