sms error ?

I am getting two errors, more of the 1st error type when sending text messages

cause code:1

error class:3

also, i have gotten

sms error

cause code: 32773

error class:3

Especially at home or at work now, it all of a sudden does not send text and sometimes I can receive text.

How do I fix this?

I did factory reset. nothing happened

I did the *@228 option 1. nothing happened

also, sometimes when i dial, it just keeps dialing.

This all started happening last night, which is at least 2 months of having the phone without this problem.

Sounds like a setting is loading incorrectly. I would call tech support from another phone. 800-922-0204 they are option 3 when taken to the menu. Hold times are typically short there.

This is a issue in the switch, and can be resolved with a call to tech support to resolve.

Thanks for the input!

In fact the text messaging issues outlined in the original post will require a verification of the account provisioning and this can only be done by phone with a Technical Support representative.

can't call anyone!!!
