i have absolutely no service what so ever..i will get one bar with no 3G or anything and then it will go away
everyone in my family has phone service up to 3 bars inside the house but i have none where ever i go around the house, i use to have 2- 3 bars around the house even inside the basement but now i get nothing.the only time i do get service is when im away from the suburbs i live in
plus when i checked the status of my phone for an update..nothing showed up..the list is blank, when i tried to get a update it said there are no new updates for this phone..i am really getting frustrated over this so please someone help me with this problem!! 😧
When you have ANY signal bars, call *228 and choose option 2 to update your roaming. It takes 3 minutes. This updates your signal connections. Make sure the phone restarts afterwards to activate the update. It should help a lot.
