How do I change the sound of the ringtone for phone calls? I don't want the Droid X sound. How do I silence the droid sound when the phone powers off?
Go to Menu > Settings > Sound & display>Phone ringtone or Notification ringtone for changing your ringtone and to uncheck the SD notification if you don't want your device to sound while powering off the device. Hope this helps!
