Does anyone have any suggestions for getting rid of the static on the Incredible during a phone call? Just got this phone and whenever the other person starts talking there's is static / breaking up and I can't understand anything they are saying. Thanks in advance for the help.
How do they sound on speaker phone? Sounds like a bad speaker. Take it back for a replacement.

I have not tried speaker phone yet. Not sure it's really static maybe more like breaking up.
If it clears up on speakerphone, you have a blown ear piece. Take the device back and they will swap with a refurbished one if you have had the device for over 30 days. If less than 30 days, they will swap with a new phone
