swiftkey - is it me?

I had the Swype Beta, but I got the message the other day my Swype is expired? I used to be able to "disconnect" then reconnect and it would work again, but not this time, but....thats okay, I have SwiftKey that I paid for. But, I want to know, why when I type that stupid period always shows up between words. I am sure not hitting it, or maybe I am? My fingers too fat? Its very annoying.

Are you selecting the word from the top predictions bar and then hitting the space bar. There is a setting that when you select a word it always adds a space, but if you hit space afterwards the keyboard thinks you are finished with that sentence.

i want to try swiftkey. i even downloaded it, but i have not activated it. it clearly warns me that it will have full internet access, including passwords, etc that it will gather. is this safe? is this a reputable developer? i'm sketchy.

I have not had any problems with the application. I used the beta version of the application for quite a while before it began available as paid application. When the full version was released, it became the first application I paid for on the Android Market. :smileyhappy:

It was also reviewed by Droid-Life.com and androidcentral.com. Maybe a few others too, but those are the ones that I know of.

I can't even stand the standard keyboard from HTC anymore since I am so used to using SwiftKey. As soon as I could I replaced the keyboard on the Aria with SwiftKey. Both times. When I first got the phone and after the factory reset caused by the official FroYo update.
