I am wondering if I cany sync my outlook with the driod x for far I have not found a way to do that without an enterprice service, I am self employed and don't have a need for an enterprise service I would just like to sync my outlook calendar with the calendar on driod x, since I can not get my google account to back up and sync with the driod x through their cloud I would like to do it directly by connecting my phone to my computer, any thoughts or ideas on how to do this?

I copied this from a Reply I made on another post:..............
The best I can come up with as follows...
This was the most important thing I needed this phone to do. My first choice was to use the software I used on my HTC Touch Pro 2. It's called EMOZE. It did a wireless sync with outlook (Inbox, Outbox, Sent, Task, Notes and Contacts) directly from the desktop. I am using Windows XP and Office 2007. The only problem, Emoze isn't available for Android YET but they are working on it.
So.......My next solution, which I was opposed to at first, but is actually working out pretty well is:
I set up a google account (free) and set up my pop account through the "My Accounts" app included on the DX. that took care of my email problem. The main thing I had a problem with is since it pushes the emails from the pop server, it doesn't clear my spam filter on Outlook, so I get ALL of my emails, including the junk and spam.
Now, to get and sync my Calendar and Contacts, it used the app "Companion Link for Google". http://www.companionlink.com/ It works well. If I add a contact or calendar even, it syncs it wirelessly as often as you have it set to sync.
So far, it all works pretty well.
Hope this helps.
