Can i view my daughters deleted txt messages online by signing into our Verizon account? I cannot seem to find an option to do so if possible.

No; what's on-line is the log, i.e., number texted (or text received from) and when.  Actual text message content is only available by court order and then usually just 3-5 days' worth.  One suggestion is that you could let your daughter know that you'll be comparing the log against what's on her phone and if a text is missing, well ...
