when i try to text it gives me an SMS error, Cause Code: 97, Error Class:3 what do i do?
I tried to research your problem (although I didn't spend too much time on it). Try dialing *228 and select option 1 to reprogram your phone. If that doesn't correct the problem, I would stop by a VZW location and let one of them try to sort it out.
