I don't think anyone knows yet. This has been asked on the motoroloa forum as well and they don't have a date yet.  Nov. 1st they said 30-60 days. So sometime in the next 2 months.

I called motorola and its on testing already so supposebly before november ends. Lets see if this holds to be true. Im one of the lucky ones that my phone is working fine.. crossing my fingers!
