why does it take up so much ram n even after using the app go launcher as an alternative why does it still run have of it in the background if I'm not even using it its soo annoying I mean If I switched it I would it to remain switched. ...

Did you remove all items off the stock Touchwiz interface to minimize load because you can disable the UI completely, this is the same for all UI, Sense and Blur is the same way.
