"Easiest" is sooooo subjective, but here are a few options for you:

1. Send a picture message to your email address, then save the picture to your computer from the email. Pics can get resized this way and if you have a lot of pics, it takes a long time.

2. If the pictures are stored on a micro SD card, take the card out of the phone and use a card reader, adapter, or other device to view the pictures on your computer, then move or copy them to your computer.  This one, to me, is easy.

3. Use a USB cable to connect your phone to your computer and view it as a drive that you can copy files to and from. Some phones require a micro SD card in the phone for this to work; others do not need the card.  This one, for me, is the easiest of all.

4. Upload the pics to your online album and grab them from there  (this is NOT as easy as it sounds, and the pix tend to get resized).

You have several choices here, and while I may think one is "easy" or prefer it over others, you may find anpother works best for you.  Let us know what works for you.

For the Droid Incredible, the easiest way is to use the USB cord portion of the charging cable and mount the phone as a disk drive. Once the driver are loaded, you will have two external/removable drives in your computer's file explorer. One for the SD card and one for the phone's internal storage. Any pictures taken with the phone's camera will be in DCIM folder on either of those two drives.

The online manual for the might also go into more details on how to mount your phone has a disk drive with your computer.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
