Hey Everyone,
I spoke with tech support the other day looking to exchange my Bionic for another 3G device and the rep said there was a significant amount of work (update) put into the 4G network the other day...dont know if this is a coincidence but my phone have behaved differently in the last few days...data is not dropping nearly as much, but its just mostly on 3G depsite having it on CDMA/LTE in Phoenix (4G area)
Anyone hear of something being done to the 4G network in the past few days, or experienced any improvement in consistent data?

Interesting...hopefully it only improves from this point on. Everytime I go to phone now the 4G has been on

Dropping the data connection can get frustrating. I know how you feel and I want to help.
@ajnevares1,
I have a suggestion that has help other users with this issue. Go to settings > Battery & Data Manager > Data Delivery. Make sure background data and data enabled are turned on.
Please try this and post back if you continue to have issues with the data connection on your phone. I'll be happy to further assist you.

Sorry...despite the suggestions, the problem remained. It was recommended by Verizon tech support to exchange the device but Ive already moved onto another device due to the issues.

I don't know how far is this true but I have noticed something lately. My data connection has dropped may be 2 times in the last ten days. It used to be like 10 times a day earlier. I did not do any updates on the phone. I bought it on the very first day it was released and it still has the same version as on the first day.
