Both phones are bluetooth capable. Try pairing the two and use bluetooth to send the information you want from the Blackberry to the Droid. If that doesn't work, hook your Blackberry to your computer and put the info into the computer. Than, hook your Droid to the computer and reverse the step. I would try the bluetooth route first, it's easier and quicker.
