video freezes and audio jumps...

After down loading to VCAST Media manager my videos freeze, jumps etc....while the audio is doing it's own thing!....Frustrated!

Any simple answers? Thanks!

Not sure if your issue is with desktop or phone looked because that software is for both.... And my guess is you just answered you own issue, if you installed it and problem started then try uninstalling and see if problem go away, if so I wouldn't use because it is the issue..

I would like to help. Please clarify which portion of the software you have the problem with, on the phone or the PC. As suggested already, I would uninstalled and re-install the software on your system. If this is on your PC, please advise what operating system you have on the computer (ie, windows XP, Mac)
