The down volume button on my Droid 2 is so sensitive that the slightest touch will lower the volume. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I understand how frustrating it can be with you volume changing so easily. Has the key always been like this? Would you say that the up volume is much firmer? Is there any damage apparent around the button or anywhere else on the phone?
