I too have the same problems with the HTC "not so incredible" with rebooting and overheating of the battery I didn't buy the warranty when I bought my phone. my question is will Verizon give me a replacement or will I have to ship to the HTC company???? Please help me if you can. Thanx

When you purchase a new phone you will receive a one year warranty automatically.  After the one year warranty, you would have to had purchased an extended warranty which is $1.99 monthly. You can follow the link below to get information about extended warranty.
