Ann154 - I do have an extensive list of time zones and cities, I just used the Easter, Central and Pacific as examples. I actually can change the setting to all of them.
Hooray, I finally figured it out. When I press Mountain Time, the selection reads Mountain Daylight Time, but when I press Arizona it reads Mountain Standard Time, so I guess it was set correctly all along. Seems a little confusing, seems to me when Arizona is selected it should say Arizona, because until I tried both I had not noticed the difference in terminoloy.
Problem solved!!!

Ann your Correct but i' ll give it a Try
Well what can be changed is your themes you can pute what ever you want on the main Display. Press Menu > Settings > Scenes an Choose your scene .
An on the weather you can choose other Cities an with the other Themes. You can also have Different Time Zones as i've set this up on my Incredible .
To change the clocks an this should Work the same way on the Dinc2 as it did on the original Dinc. Give it a try.!
Alright. Getting London on was easy. I even got another location with it, if you dont want your current location.
Click on the Widget, this takes you to the desk clock.
Click on the World icon along the bottom.
Now MENU> HOME SETTINGS
Type London and choose the correct one.
This places London on the left clock and your Current location on the right.
If you want another time on the right clock....
From the main screen MENU>SETTINGS>DATE & TIME
Uncheck Automatic option
Now choose SELECT TIME ZONE
Choose the time zone you want. The name for the clock will not change, but the time will.

Ok, don't know what happened to my original post, but here goes again.
Using the default HTC weather and clock on the home page, the one that was there when I first got my phone.
When I tap the weather and get to the weather page, then tap Menu to get to settings I cannot change when the weather updates. It is stuck on update when openned. Even when I deselect this option the other options are greyed out, therefore I cannot change when the weather updates.
My time zone in Date and Time in settings reached from the memu on the home screen and then selecting date and time has me in Mountain Zone, which would be alright except I live in Arizona, we do not do daylight savings. When I scroll the options there is a selection for Arizona, but when I select it it does not change the setting from Mountain to Arizona. At some point during the year my time will not be correct.
This happened after updating to Gingerbread, has anyone else experienced this? If so did you find a solution?
Thanks to the two people who tried to help without knowing what the real problem was
Any more help will be appreciated.

Cactus you kind of lost me there buddy you talking about HTC an weather widgets then when i pan down to the bottom you say you got gingerbred.
If you have an i'm a summing a Droid Incredible or Incredible 2 you don't have Gingerbred yet if you do you the first to get it. Because i surley don't have it on mine an i havent seen a news announcemt of it being released yet. So i guessing you have a Droid X maybee.
On your Info to the left it just says Device: Cell phones. How about this you spill the beans an let us know what Device or Devices you have as it makes it alittle easier diagnosing the problem or problems you may have. Ok Dokie
Update: The incredible 2 may have gingerbred so you may have it Cactus but if you have the original incredible though it's not got it as of yet but its suppose to be comming. Too it as well

DincX110 -
I updated my Incredible 2 to Android version 2.3.3 on July 17 through a push from Verizon. If this version is not Gingerbread then I apologize for my error, but I was under the impression that version 2.3 was gingerbread.
As far as setting the update times for weather I got that figured out. Had to turn on auto sync in the Accounts and Sinc menu.
I still cannot reset my time zone. It is set to Mountain Time and I need to set it to Arizona as Arizona does not go on daylight savings.
I have set IE9 to compatibility mode. Sorry for the messed up posts, but I am new to forums and smart phones in general.

Are you close enough to one of the state line that you could be bouncing off a tower in a neighboring state?
Also you could set the time manually. go to settings > Date & time > Uncheck "Automatic" and then set the time zone to the proper setting.

Ann154 - I have done the above but it doesn't change the setting to Arizona it stays Mountain Standard Time
It has got me mystified, as I can change it to Eastern, Central, or Pacific time, just not Arizona.

Weird, I have in my choices on the Tbolt a listing for Arizona time zone along with several Mexico specific time zones and others from around the world. One would think that a "Global phone" like the Dinc2 would have an extensive list of time zones.

Were you using IE9 when you created your post? It is best to turn on the compatibility mode for that browser.

Ann my dad would like it to be that way here in kan. not be on Daylight savings time he says when it gets dark its dark. I told him what ever. He has this gripe every time we have to change the clocks .
