when i check by voicemail, the indicator shows a '0' for new messages. but when i call into voicemail there are unplayed messages. why does the indicator always show '0'?
That's definitely odd, let's get your voicemails flowing again. When did this begin? When you're in a Verizon Wireless coverage area, please call *228 option 2 to update the network. In addition, please go to Settings>Manage Applications>All(from the top)>Voicemail>Stop. This will reset the application. Kee us posted if issues persist.
