When someone texts me a picture it will not show up. I can choose download but it does not work. Any suggesyions?
Is your 3G data connection active and connected? Verify the data connection and try again.
Hello Tammyx3! Let's get your picture messaging working! As Ann stated, your device does need a data connection in order for picture messaging to work. Do you have 3G on your device? Try restarting the phone and then attempt to download the picture again. If you don't have any current picture messages, try sending yourself a picture message and see if it downloads when receiving. If no change, dial *228 send option 2 then reboot again.
