ive been having this issue lately...i can hear them perfectly but they cant seem to hear me or ill sound really far away
Lingling28, I want your friends to be able to hear your lovely voice when they talk to you! Is this happening on all your calls or calls in a certain area? Dial *228 option 2 and reboot your phone. While on a call, verify the call audio is all the way turned up by using the side volume keys. Also, if you have a case, make sure it is not covering the microphone. Try taking it off completely.
