why does my internet browser zoom in like 10 times while im trying to scroll?

So I will be trying to scroll in the browser and it will zoom in everytime I touch th screen to scroll, how do I tuen this touch zoom off?

There should be a setting for double-tap to zoom that can be changed. You should be able to access it using menu> settings from your browser. Or, you should lay off the coffee there Mr Shaky Hands

Yea I looked there, the only zoom settings are far, normal and close I didn't see any tap settings
