Is he calling the 10 digit phone number??? Is it activated???? What about other numbers?
Hmm I wonder did you accedently set his account to Either Send to Voicemail or Block Caller....
Hit Peoples goto your Husbands contact scroll to the bottom and look for Block Caller or Send to Voicemail if it is on turn it off and try again...
