Well just checked it on my Incredible and it does work. 
Hello,
My driod incredible was in the airplane mode for a week as i was overseas and now the youtube app does not work.
When i click on it, it tries to open the window but then goes back to the original home screen.
Was this due to an update? can someone please verify if this is an issue with your phone too.
Any tips on what to do?
It has been 2 monthes since i got my driod so i can i exchange it for another one if it is faulty?
I posted this on the htc forum and am waiting for a response.

Well just checked it on my Incredible and it does work.
You running any boot loaders, or task killers? If so try disabling them, shut down, pull battery, reboot, and try again.
Also try to clear the cache and data in the app. That might get it to start working again.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
