Ever since I had my router upgraded several months ago, I have been unable to access  FIOS Digital Voice. I called the help number and they said they would send me a new remote within 48 hours that would fix the problem. It’s been several weeks since I called them but I haven’t received anything. I see many people have posted about the same problem but I don’t see any solutions. Has anyone has success? If so, what worked?

I'm a bit unclear of the access portion of the problem. Are you trying to access Fios Digital Voice from your television? 🤔
