We have just purchased property in WA and it has an unused Verizon utility box on it. The box has long orange cables extending from it across the yard. They are too stiff to be coiled. I have called the number on the box as well as verizon and gotten no where. Please help. Does any one know who should be called?
If the location is in Washington DC, Verizon Repair would be a starting point.
If the property is in the state of Washington, Verizon sold off it's network in the state a long time ago.
For that, determine who is the local service provider (Frontier, CenturyLink, Consolidated...) and contact their Repair Department.
