There is a bug in the IOS app “MY VERIZON” on Apple devices. In order to access your Fios home phone voice mail or calls, you must first go to check you billing, otherwise, you will get an error message.
“The messages tells you that you cannot access your data at this time. You must call *611”.
This bug has been there a long time. Why hasn’t it been fixed.
Try it on you Apple devices, try first select home phone I. The MY VERIZON app, then try to check you voice mail. You will see the error.
