It’s been 5 day now with no internet service in my new house. Friday install tech came he couldn’t do the install he to me to wait until Monday . Monday 2 maintenance technician came in the morning they were until 2pm and I received a text that the issue was resolved. Tuesday installer technician came back they’re saying no light to the ont and I would have to wait 4 more days and maintenance technician come back then I’ll have to call back for a installation tech to come back . Please I moved from outa state I really need some assistance , I also have to work from home with no internet service
