We have had a sagging cable wire over our driveway for months. We are current customers of Comcast. They came out and said it was Verizon’s and couldn’t touch it. Called Verizon and someone was supposed to come in a few days. They didn’t. It’s been two months now, and every time we call we get the run around. It would probably take all of five minutes. There is a Verizon tech across the street right now, at a neighbor’s house, I asked him to do it, but he had to put in a work order. There’s already a work order open for the past two months. Lot of good that does!
