Just was upgraded to Fios 4100 STB a little while ago and am unable to listen/retrieve voicemail messages using the TV/STB. I get the following message:
"Currently you do not have Voice Mail. Voice Mail is a free feature with Fios Digital Voice. You can add voice mail to your account."
I do have a voice mail account and can access using my house phone. What do I need to do to be able to retrieve and listen to voice mail using my TV/STB?

That might be the way to go. There is a Fios Digital Voice user guide that has tips to try.

I downloaded the guide and printed a copy that I keep filed away for reference. 🙂

Thanks dexman! I read through the guide that you provided. After a lot of experimenting, I finally figured out that for some reason I had to reset my passcode. All is finally working. Thanks for the assist. 👍

I receive the same message when I check for messages when the box is empty.
If there are messages in the box, I can access them with no trouble.
Are you reaching the error when new messages are known to be in the box? 🤔

To be truthful, I hadn't tried. But, I would think that a message would be displayed that would simply state, "Mailbox Empty".
Anyway.... I just tested and I do see the new voice mail, but when I try to play the message, I get this:
Mailbox has not been provisioned or the passcode entered isn't accurate. Please call our Voice Mail System direct by dialing 1.800.VERIZON
Any suggestions or do I have to call the number?
