Hi Verizon, I am trying to clear the 'Potential Spam' tag from my business numbers in your Voice Spam Feedback site, https://www.voicespamfeedback.com/vsf/ . I did receive a Feedback ID number after uploading my business numbers in your form.
The issues I come across is mainly due to lack of communication on your end. I've sent email inquiries checking on the progress or status for my numbers I have uploaded to be cleared from being flagged as spam, to my dismay I have not received a single email response for over 72 hours. There is no contact number to reach the Spam Feedback department and I've tried going through your customer service number to which your team has unfortunately told me that there is no other way to reach them other than the email.
Here are some suggestions I'd like to add as a person who works with customers on a day-to-day basis.
1) Email acknowledgement that the request is received by the department themselves and at least give some sort of progress information, even if they have not looked into the customer's request yet.
2) Add a portal of some sort to where I can out in my Feedback ID# to lookup the progress of my request.
3) A phone number, at least for your internal team's use. I've talked with Verizon Customer Support and been routed a few times over a span of 3 hours and each of them wish there was a way to contact your Spam Feedback department.
A suggestion for the form, I'd recommended putting a field for a DUNS number to lookup verify legitimate businesses quicker.
