A few weeks ago, a Verizon tech came to my door and asked if he could run some temporary phone wires across my yard because people further down the line had no service. I said that that would be fine.
It's been a month. the lines are still there, and mowing season is approaching. I've called this in to Verizon twice, and each time my ticket was closed out with nothing having been done.
How do I get the attention of someone in outside plant to come and finish the job the first tech left half-done.
