$100 Amazon Gift Card - Pending?

Hi All,

When I signed up for my fios account, they had said that a $100 Amazon gift card would be issued but I am not seeing anything yet. Am I missing something? How I’m supposed to get receive this gift card?

If someone from customer service could reach out and help address this issue, that'd be much appreciated!
