$200 Target Gift Card Issues

I recently signed up for Fios and it said that I was eligible for a $200 Target gift card after meeting some stipulations, and that I could redeem it through My Verizon. A couple other offers were bundled in as well.

In MyVerizon I can see the other offers and the date they can be redeemed, but nothing for the Target Gift card
