$400 off select Samsung home tech at Best Buy

Hi, 

I just got Fios installed last week and as part of the deal I was supposed to received a $400 discount coupon to purchase Samsung devices at bestbuy.com, I claim the code and went to bestbuy.com/verizonsamsungpromotion with the brand new coupon code, just to receive the message:  "The following promotional codes have already been redeemed and cannot be reused: (code number)"  how was that possible? I called BestBuy right away and I was referred to Verizon, I've been calling verizon since then every day for the past few days and keep hearing they are escalating it with the 'promotion' vendor? I have been Verizon Mobile client for several years and I have never had any issues, very disappointing.
